The MCS team brings a total of more than 100 years experience to every project. The team first worked together over a decade ago for a large, well-known New England contractor and later would build a very successful mechanical systems division from the ground up for another contractor in the late 1980's. MCS was founded in 1996 on the principles of steadfast honesty and excellence. The team has continued to build enduring relationships with both clients and subcontractors as a result.

Responsibilities: all estimating, buying, planning and project management.

Brian keeps the ship on course by running the day-to-day business of MCS. Brian brings 30 years of experience to the task. His broad range of expertise includes management positions with some of the northeast's largest and most respected mechanical contractors. Brian is a hands-on manager who is as comfortable out on the roofs with cranes as he is with presentations in walnut-paneled boardrooms.

Dennis Bruce, Vice President of Service

Responsibilities: Day-to-day service operations, service management, maintenance plan development and project development.

Dennis brings 25 years of experience to MCS. Dennis' ability to utilize his service expertise, marshall the appropriate forces and make it all work under pressure has allowed him to make the "impossible", possible—service call after service call.

Greg Ross, Vice President Construction Division/Master Plumber

Responsibilities: Senior Project Manager, Estimating, Office Operations, Safety Coordinator

Greg brings 23 years experience to MCS; Commercial and Industrial plumbing/pipefitting/HVAC and controls. Greg has vast experience with hospitals, commercial buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, and industrial buildings. His can-do attitude and attention to detail stem from his years of military experience. Greg's work ethics and detail orientation ensure the customer of a job well done.

Byron Lamonakis, Sales/Designer
"Experience and Knowledge"

Responsibilities: sales, design, estimating, project management.

Byron brings 28 years experience to MCS in the design of mechanical systems; institutional, industrial and commercial. This includes clean rooms, office buildings, hospitals and pharmaceutical. Byron has extensive knowledge of chilled, hot water, steam and refrigerant piping systems, sheetmetal systems and controls systems. Byron enjoys working with clients from the design stage through its completion.

Gale Cedres, Comptroller

Responsibilities: accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, construction and service support, human resources.

Gale ensures that our solid dependable foundation stays that way through her astute management of our financial systems. Gale's 22 years of experience as a bookkeeper, systems expertise, fastidious attention to detail, and administrative skills make her a "go-to" person of our team.

Cheryl Russell, Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities: estimation, construction coordination, project management support, office facilitator.

Cheryl came to us with extensive administrative experience. Her experience in those disciplines combined with her organizational skills and personal warmth make her an integral part of MCS.

Debbie Vallencourt, Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: data entry, accounts payable, staff support.

Debbie came to work for MCS after being home with her children for several years. During that time, Debbie also volunteered at many local charities and schools. Previously, her experience was in Accounts Receivable and Payables along with Customer Service.

Mark Pierre, Estimator/Project Manager

My primary duty at MCS is to accurately forecast the scope, cost, and duration for future projects.

Mark brings 20 years of construction and HVAC related experience to MCS. Mark's experience in the installation of industrial, commercial and large residential development HVAC projects compliment the "Team" at MCS.
